SHIPPING OPTIONS, TIME AND PRICING
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDER?
We will provide you with the estimated delivery date when placing the order. The products in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. The backorder products will be shipped within 5-7 business days. The tracking number will be sent to your email or phone number. We use UPS and Canada Post.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?
If you are absent at the time of delivery, please check for "delivery notice note" or tracking info. You can either pick it up at the pick-up point or call the courier service for 2nd delivery attempt.
We ship our orders with "non-signature required " shipping options. However, it is solely the delivery person's decision if he chooses not to leave the package at your doorstep when you are absent at the time of delivery. Both UPS and Canada Post have their own rules and regulations and they will not leave the package at the doorsteps if they believe it not safe to do so.
WHAT HAPPENED IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE WHILE MY TRACKING SHOWS IT HAS DELIVERED?
Do contact us and we will try to help you by reviewing with the shipping company. However, if you cannot locate the package but the tracking info provides you with a "proof of delivery" photo, it might get stolen or misplaced.
Yoeyer will NOT be held responsible for the lost package. You can always contact us to ship with the "signature required" option when you purchase with us.
